Silverlink to attend the Welsh Stroke Conference – 3 & 4 July 2017

Held at the All Nations Centre in Cardiff, the Welsh Stroke Conference is one of the biggest multidisciplinary events in Wales. With around 300 delegates expected to attend, and organised on behalf of the Welsh Association of Stroke Physicians and the Welsh Stroke Alliance, the event is now in its 16th year and is a significant fixture in the educational calendar for Stroke in the UK.

The programme for the two day conference features talks from key speakers covering many topics including how research has driven improvements in Stroke care, improving recognition and management of AF and driving after Stroke, as well as a Stroke survivor sharing their story with delegates.

Tom Crosthwaite, Silverlink’s Customer Development Consultant, will be attending the event along with Allyson James, Independent Nurse Consultant, and Luke Appleton, Sales Consultant. The team will be on our demonstration stand on both days to showcase the latest developments to our CaptureStroke software and discussing achievements made by our current Capture users.

In addition to our exhibition stand, Silverlink has partnered with our users at Cwm Taf University Health Board to create an abstract for the event, celebrating the successes of the system since its implementation there in July 2016. Our poster can be viewed at Board 5 for the duration of the event and Tom will be there to discuss this with delegates and take any questions during the formal poster tour at 13.30 on Day 2.

“We’re really excited to be returning to the Welsh Stroke Conference after a fantastic level of interest in CaptureStroke at the 2016 event. It’s great to be taking part this year not only as exhibitors, but also with our abstract poster created in conjunction our users at Cwm Taf UHB and detailing the improvements seen in their Stroke service since their implementation of CaptureStroke. To be able to celebrate the success they have experienced with the delegates will be fantastic and we are looking forward to sharing their story with the attendees,’’ said Tom.

Registration for the event is still available and more details can be found here.

Tom, Ally and Luke would love to see you on our stand at the Welsh Stroke Conference and ahead of the event. To read more about CaptureStroke and Silverlink’s Capture Suite of software solutions, please visit www.capturestroke.com.
