Silverlink’s Mental Health mobile app has been developed especially for remote Mental Health clinics and staff that provide community-based care. To cater for such specific needs, the app has been developed with offline functionality to carry out electronic assessments and patient treatment plans. The data is then synchronised in real time with the Mental Health system in the facility.
The Mental Health app offers flexible configuration and five key tools to simplify the workflow: calendar, patient demographics, patient alerts, patient notes and appointment bookings; all of which use push notifications.
As with Silverlink Mental Health, the Mental Health app fully supports the Mental Health Act, electronic Care Programme Approach module (eCPAm), Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT), Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Payment by Results and Clinical Clustering.
The Mental Health app is continuously evolving in accordance with National Guidelines and standards and valuable user input is used to further strengthen the product.
